Shipping policy

Shipping:

All in-stock orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 24–48 hours. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Backorders:

If an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Damaged Shipments:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our office within 24 hours. Keep all boxes, packaging materials, and related items. We will file an insurance claim and promptly arrange for a new, undamaged replacement.

Order Acceptance:

Receipt of an order number or email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell. subishop.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the quantity of any item or refuse service to any customer. Additional information may be required before an order can be accepted.

Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and subishop.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—including after an order has been submitted.

International Orders:

subishop.com is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your government. We do not charge customs fees; however, your government may impose fees depending on the destination country.
