Guarantee:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days, we will provide a refund—less shipping and handling—on all items returned in new and unused condition. All returns must include ALL original packaging and be in resellable condition. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept items that have been used or do not include all original packaging. We do not accept returns on used parts.

How to Make a Return:

Please contact us with details about your return (name, address, order number, reason for return, etc.), and we will issue an RMA number.

Shipping:

All in-stock orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 24–48 hours. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Backorders:

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Pricing:

All prices on our website and in our catalog are subject to change at any time.

Damaged Shipments:

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact our offices within 24 hours and save all boxes, packing materials, and related items. We will file an insurance claim and promptly resolve the situation with a new, undamaged item.

Order Acceptance:

Receipt of an order number or email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell. subishop.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required before an order is accepted.

Product prices and availability on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and subishop.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

International Orders:

subishop.com is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your government. We do not charge customs fees; however, your government may charge fees depending on the destination country.

Use of Our Site:

You may not use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device, program, algorithm, methodology, or similar manual process to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the site or its content. You may not reproduce or circumvent the site’s navigational structure or presentation to obtain or attempt to obtain materials, documents, or information through means not intentionally made available through the site. subishop.com reserves the right to prohibit any such activity.

Laws & Regulations:

All engine and exhaust components have been designed and are intended for off-road applications only. These components are legal in California only for racing vehicles that may never be used on public roads or highways.

Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or disabling of any device or design element affecting the emissions or safety of a vehicle used on public highways. Violating these laws may subject the vehicle owner or user to fines or other penalties. Check all applicable local, state, and federal laws before making a purchase.

Installing performance products may void your vehicle’s warranty coverage. Vehicles modified with performance parts may no longer be legally operated on public highways. All engine parts and electrical components are sold AS IS and may not be returned. Resellers, installers, and end users assume all costs and risks associated with these items.
