None of this needs a tune. The usual first change is a bigger, adjustable rear sway bar with stronger end links, which cuts understeer without hurting the ride much. Bushings are the next step, and on older cars they are often worn out anyway. If you lower the car with springs or coilovers, get an alignment after install, and look at camber and caster parts if you want to dial it in further.
