About the SJ Forester

The SJ Forester moved to the FB25 engine on non-turbo models and the FA20DIT on the 2.0XT from 2014. Turbo and non-turbo parts are often different.

Where to start

Forester owners usually start with floor liners, a cargo liner and mud flaps. For brakes, pads and rotors are the usual first change. For suspension, lift springs add clearance, and shocks and struts wear out with the miles.
